High-speed automatic wire-arranging coiler is suitable for coiling of 0.5-6mm2 cable wires and a small section cables. It is characterized by high production efficiency and superiority in high quality wire-arranging among its peers. Besides, compared with the traditional models, its main advantages are as follows:

1.       high production efficiency: the labor cost is 20% of that of the traditional models;

     automatic wire-arranging: the take-up rate is 2-3 times than that of the traditional models;

     rapid coiling installation: loop after being coiled can be removed quickly and easily, reducing labor intensity and saving time.

     Three processes of wire coiling, reeling and plastic film packaging by one person can reduce the labor intensity and labor costs.

2.     better quality wire-arranging; stable automatic wire- arranging quality;

     the use of automatic wire-arranging: the wire tension in wire-arranging can guarantee that the wire-arranging space will not be affected by cable diameter and wire-arranging is in order and in better quality.

     The use of automatic wire-arranging won’t be affected by man-made factors.

High-speed automatic wire-arranging coiler comprises three components, namely, accumulator tension pay-off frame, meter-counter, and rapid coiling device, and can be matched with the spark tester that testes spark on-line and the diameter gauge that measures the diameter.

1.     accumulator tension pay-off frame

   according to the wire diameter, tension can be adjusted by the spring

    brake levers: the downer rocker guide sheave, the larger the pay-off drum resistance; when the host is set with the wire length and rapid brake, rocker guide sheave will be the lowest position and the pay-off drum resistance will reach the highest and the pay-off drum will stop within 1-2 seconds without disrupting the wires

     the upper and lower wire coil handle control is quick and easy for coil replacement, pay-off drum ranging from 0–630mm (800 model is optional)

2.     electronic meter gauge

     the meter gauge roller and clamping roller is applied with a one-way bearing which only allow forward movement of the wire with accuracy of meter gauging

     electronic meter gauging can improve the accuracy

    ceramic plated mater guide sheave and clamping rubber roller can ensure that the wire is not under pressure loss

3.     rapid coiler:

     automatic tension wire-arranging installation: wire-arranging is up to 500 rev/min, and can be operated by one person

    automatic tension rapid coiling drum can complete contraction and disassembly in 2-3 seconds; coils can be bundled on the platform and easily be taken off, which is simple and convenient.

     The back guide of the automatic tension rapid coiling drum can be adjusted to meet the needs of coiling height ranging from 30 to 100mm

     The use of frequency control soft start-up and automatic braking technology can avoid fine-drawing wires due to excessive acceleration during boot time    The electronic meter enables the user to configure the loop length according to needs until it automatically shuts down

     Can be matched with the diameter gauge and the spark tester. When the wire diameter is out-of-tolerance or the surface is broken, alarm will siren automatically and the machine will stop in time

     Automatic adjustable soil drum can be matched with a dual-spool take-up machine of the extruder which is easy for coiling
